Perhaps look into the keto /low carb /sugar free substitutes so you can still have a little flexibility and feel no guilt when you incorporate the items. Not sure if it applies but diet fatigue and burnout is real and sometimes you have to fight the battle. Good Luck 💚

I have BD and these days, I seriously have to heavily rely foremost on photos and then true unsolicited reviews by friends and family (not suspected haters... Not that I think I have any... I hope not 😳) - you look happy/healthy/much younger/better/stop losing/etc Otherwise I can't really gauge what I look like in comparison to early journey weightloss size and I become trash about acknowledging/celebrating my achievement. This coat was $249 😒 and not irregular in quality by any means, very chic & well made (I looked) just the sizing is off ... Like everywhere in the fashion world I guess Nordstrom Rack is an outlet IDK but for that price for a tweed coat I feel like I deserve some level of consistency I've considered consignment but quality coats usually are hard to find- which sites/stores are you shopping? 😩
