You guys (and dolls) ! I think this was just a mistype! What I believe was meant - truly meant was Democrates, a Pythagorean philosopher, to which a collection of moral maxims, called the Golden Sentences are often attributed and were written in the Ionic dialect, which is often confused (mostly by high schoolers) with the iambic pentameter, a favorite writing construct used for the great sonnets by William Shakespeare, who also wrote A Midsummer Night's Dream, in which Puck was a main player. No other explanation. Simple misunderstanding 😬

I have BD and these days, I seriously have to heavily rely foremost on photos and then true unsolicited reviews by friends and family (not suspected haters... Not that I think I have any... I hope not 😳) - you look happy/healthy/much younger/better/stop losing/etc Otherwise I can't really gauge what I look like in comparison to early journey weightloss size and I become trash about acknowledging/celebrating my achievement. Its terrible but working through it 😔

You'll get there! I get all of my nutritional needs from food now so its quite different from early in the journey. But this was basically my food for the day with an add on or two 😂

This coat was $249 😒 and not irregular in quality by any means, very chic & well made (I looked) just the sizing is off ... Like everywhere in the fashion world I guess Nordstrom Rack is an outlet IDK but for that price for a tweed coat I feel like I deserve some level of consistency I've considered consignment but quality coats usually are hard to find- which sites/stores are you shopping? 😩

IDK about anyone else but I literally cannot cook small. I grew up in a very large family , learned to cater events, special gatherings with ease... so its second nature. Either I cook large and save the rest for later or don't cook at all and eat a salad😬 This particular omelette was a small prep for me only 2 eggs. Also I planned for this to be my main food for the day & It reheats amazingly 💙
