Honestly I think if you experiment and pureed or blended salad vegetables they would be a lot less impressive. Almost all water and fiber thats why very little cals. So I personally never fret over the amount/volume in them plus who doesn't need more fiber or vegetable at this point (later in the game when protein isn't a problem)😬 -

Is the pre op liquid diet for losing weight before the surgery? or is it for cleaning out the intestines and stomach before surgery?

It's to reduce the fat in and around the liver making it easier to move and less likely to tear/break during surgery. (No one wants a tear in the liver or a surgeon to open up look around and decide its to risky- so just close, no surgery this time or convert the surgery from laproscopic to open 😳) Trust the process even though its TOUGH Good Luck 💚 -

Hi , I was coverted at my goal weight to fix GERD. So far it has been resolved from conversion from VSG to RNY. You *can* maintain if you work at it. But above all resolving the medical issues in play was invaluable. Speak with your surgeon to come up with a plan! Good Luck 💚 -
