Think of this as an amount gone FOREVER *Take pictures and measurements as a visual reminder of progress- who doesn't love before and after transformation stories? Create your own! *Use a food/water tracking app to measure and log food precisely for a while - stay on track! *Only weigh yourself if it does not negatively impact you, other wise wait until you see your Doctor (dont stress over the scale- there are other indicators of progress and success) * Generally it takes about a year to see those amazing completely transformative results so you have some time Good Luck 💚

This isn't about you or me personally but the OP (why i didnt say me) I don't have a history of eating disorders & I don't work with a professional for that. I just wanted to remind the OP about body positivity, happiness away from weight and remind the OP to work with the professionals on a serious issue that sees a lot of recidivism.

Some of us are still technically overweight and life is good, the sky did not fall, the earth still spins, time still moves forward. Just a thought ❤
