You are fortunate not to have crazy loose skin and I'm jealous. Honestly the pain of the tummy tuck supersedes the breast... I barely feel that I think insurance would have covered it but i wanted it done immediately

Day 2 post plastics: TMI TIME 😅 Lots of swelling and pain but i 💩 today! Seeing how everyone was constipated I decided to get ahead of the game with laxatives and stool softeners yesterday. Worth it 🏆 I am very tightly repaired (diastasis recti) and my surgeon somehow magically fixed my thighs. Shook 😳👏

Hey there! Not certain if you are still in contact with your orginal team or not but see a surgeon ASAP. NUTs are great but if you've regained all of your weight back you should get evaluated to see if anything has changed internally. Good Luck 💚

Doctors advance you at their rate because it keeps the motility of your digestive system intact. Ask your surgeon if he wants you to stay on liquids longer than prescribed without good cause (complication) and the answer may surprise you...

At four weeks post op you should be fine BUT definitely call your team to confirm ❤

What phase of your cycle are you in? There are less effective periods to get pregnant during (rhythm method of birth control) coupled with IUD may provide all of the coverage you need.

I can eat around the same amount as VSG. You may or may not feel additional restriction because of the revision. (The pyloric valve will no longer be there so measuring and eating by recommended amounts may be needed. This is why some people, not everyone, feel like they can eat more after revision) The process is slow going trying new foods after conversion but my eating is now nearly the same as with VSG I dumped with VSG so I had to learn to be careful way back then I'm just even more careful now. If it even looks too sweet/rich i completely avoid it. Hope that helps 💚
