I contacted my Team for professional advice during my stalls. In the end I switched some of my foods around, drank more water, played around with intermittent fasting and let the surgery work

IMHO... Because we have limited capacity it nearly impossible without drinking a supplement to fill in the gaps while doing IF. I know when I practice I dont worry about reaching optimal carb/fat/protein ratio. I mostly make sure im getting at least 50% of my protein needs. The rest is up in the air. Hopefully others will chime in also ❤ -

Can you *try* to follow your Surgeon's recommendations for a bit to see if there is any improvement? If your Surgeon knows you are putting a lot of effort in but still there is no progress, they may move forward with more rigorous testing to see what is causing the problems. You could also get a second opinion ❤ Good Luck 💚 -

See your Surgeon and voice your concerns. They may order an endoscopy because it could be a number of things including webbing or stricture Good Luck 💚
