Homemade (maintenance friendly?) Real Cinnamon Rolls Sorry no subbing of flours... This is real flour, but 4 tsps of stevia, a dash of Torani syrup and and only 4 tsps of cane sugar was used for sweetener throughout the recipe so I'm counting this as a win. Made this for my BF, because he's been so sweet. And yes I'm cooking this soon after plastics 😂 Fresh out of the oven without frosting And with hand made cream cheese frosting

I contacted my Team for professional advice during my stalls. In the end I switched some of my foods around, drank more water, played around with intermittent fasting and let the surgery work

You *could* cut the bars into 1/3 pieces.

IMHO... Because we have limited capacity it nearly impossible without drinking a supplement to fill in the gaps while doing IF. I know when I practice I dont worry about reaching optimal carb/fat/protein ratio. I mostly make sure im getting at least 50% of my protein needs. The rest is up in the air. Hopefully others will chime in also ❤
