I’m excited for this season as the love story is one we don’t often see: portly, plump, endowed women being romantically courted. How was it? Netflix has spoiled me, I can’t watch single episodes or partial seasons of shows. I need to binge watch or I lose interest. I love love love period shows, almost any period except the 1970-80’s (idk why). -

I also don’t eat salad dressing! I feel like the toppings I add are usually wet enough and I don’t like many salad dressing flavors/consistencies. -

Blueberry vanilla (Semi scratch made) protein waffle. With the added yogurt and blueberries it was a little tart but still good. I think pre WLS I would eat 2 of these, or 1 with sides but I can’t remember anymore. I think the biggest change is that I prioritize protein in meals now and pre WLS I didn’t even think about it. How does everyone feel about breakfast? Skip or no? What about “breakfast foods”? -

Tilapia w/ mashed potatoes and vegetables. This is the maximum I can eat, and I ate it all. I think I’m slightly underestimating the potatoes but my food scale broke and I haven’t replaced it yet? Anyone still using a food scale? -
Are they comfortable? Also Ive been doing at home pilates recently. I’m thinking about joining a studio but idk if I enjoy it. If you have tried the at home workouts, How do they compare?

I also recommend at least 2 sets of good shape wear (not too tight). It helped with the swelling and comfort. I had lymphatic massages immediate after and they worked. Only go to someone who knows what they are doing or it’s just a very expensive regular massage. I was able to do them myself after a while and I recruited my BF (with our rolling pin) to do the areas I couldn’t reach. -
