Yesterday’s food (only the things I took pics of but there were other foods throughout the day) Parfait w/peach, blueberries and strawberries & Salmon pate w/ crackers, baby lettuce and baby carrots (ate about half) Total calories for the day was about 1600. I never track total calories anymore but I often spot check certain meals to see how much protein I’m getting. It was wild to see that I tracked about 60g protein but over 100g carbs. I’m not limiting carbs by any means but the fiber content was well below 28g so I know I could have made better choices (I’m look at you muffins and biscotti 😂)

I want to believe this otherwise making food at home is pointless 😂
