    Hey! It's commonly believed that the majority of weight loss occurs in the dietary changes vs exercise. But if you want to keep motivation high, try chair exercises until things improve (IMHO save your knees or what's the point really if it will eventually begin to hurt to stand or walk because of over exertion) Your relationship status/type *probably* will not matter much to your weight loss journey unless it's toxic. But (once again) IMHO you must focus on yourself exclusively for a bit in order to set yourself up properly for the future (ingraining good long term habits/coping skills for the life challenges that will surely come) Good Luck 🌈

  7. How large/where is your incision? Can you have soup yet? After my revision I dropped more than 10lbs so quickly I looked terrible & I began to have loose skin in my face /neck 😖

      Absolutely.

      I think it's a good example for the pendulum coming to the middle after having swayed into the opposite direction first (obese - skinny).

      I see so many people on here giving the impression of being down right obsessed.

    I don't know if this helps you @Danny Paul but I almost always will just eat protein heavy meals in the PM. I eat the bulk of the carbs im going to have early in the day when i may need the boost of energy I don't try to eat nuts fruit vegetables etc just something with protein. Like yogurt, Halo top or a piece of a protein bar (that I like) if I'm hungry at night. *Also (a harder job) you may need to break the pattern of Classical Conditioning (Pavlov- https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivan_Pavlov) of associating food and entertainment (eating & TV) Good Luck ❤
