Normal burger size, It's an Akmak cracker from Trader Joe's (serving size is 5 crackers 110 cals 19g carb 5g protein- I only ever eat 2 so 44 cals 7.6 carbs 2g protein) -

Idk what the weight of the burger was because if you haven't noticed I currently don't follow rules about expected serving size, logging etc. ( I'm much happier that way ❤) I only do what's right for me. -

No problem❤ Has a state of emergency been declared? (until MA declares a state of emergency they will likely not have funding for testing for all without bleeding the budget dry) I have 2 active cases in my immediate area and 70+ in the state but our Gov already made the declaration in order to receive funding Good Luck with your family -
