Finishing prerequisites is a huge accomplishment! Congrats 🎉 Biggest change for me was taking an honest critical look at my diet and now that I don't have to focus on my weight being "the problem", I realized what would make me happy is having $ 3B and conversely not having $ 3B makes me sad. An unexpected revelation is my new found deep appreciation for elective/cosmetic/plastic surgeries

Many people may find this aspect challenging, I certainly did (eating and drinking at the same time was an ingrained habit) In the early days post op, I used alarms and timers to keep on track. Good Luck ♥️

IMHO: Lifestyle/diet change recommendations varies widely from practice to practice and physical tolerance of foods differ from patient to patient. Unfortunately you will not truly know until it happens But totally ask the Surgeon/Team you choose about the lifestyle/diet they expect you to have post op. Their answers may surprise you.

Only you (plus your body & team to a certain extent) will decide your food choices before or after WLS ♥️
