The only two things I've seen similar to what you are asking for (but only compares you against your possible progress) were in MyFitnessPal and Happy Scale. They estimate where you may be (weight wise) in the next week or month based on your own metrics Good Luck ♥️ -

Things that may be safe, but ask your team first: Beef & Broccoli (lightly sauced) Wonton soup (no wontons) Pepper chicken & vegetables Steamed mixed vegetables General Tso Tofu (lightly sauced) Teriyaki Chicken (lightly sauced) Etc Etc, (No noodles, rice, wontons, overly battered then fried protein, egg rolls, fries or fortune cookies) Good Luck!
