Ok so I went to Aldi late yesterday and they were out of it. So of course I stalked an associate to ask when it would be back in stock and she told me they get shipment EVERYDAY and it's so popular it's gone by mid morning But they just began restocking the bread again after a hiatus...no clue why -

Salad... Because I actually did a core workout today that hurt like hell so I decided I should just eat better instead of suffering 😅 spinach + avocado+ cucumber+ feta + raisins Then I added croutons because crunches didn't hurt as much as the thought of not eating croutons 😅 -

I was told by my surgeon that the stats are roughly 1/3 of patients stay the same , 1/3 experience relief & 1/3 of patients experience worsening of GERD Please ask your Surgeon about their statistics and recommendations -

I tried that bread last year! I found for me it absolutely needed to be toasted to feel more bread like ( but I wonder how the bagels are 🤔) Have you made other things with it (i.e french toast, PB&J, etc.) The Aldi brand seems much more bread like in any state. It's so convincing, I find it very hard to believe that it's zero Net Carbs... But that's not stopping me -
