Time may help resolve some of this. It may be added inflammation from surgery that hasn't gone away yet. The protein goal is something that can be worked up to, the hydration is usually more important to Doctors at this stage (but totally check with your Team) You're doing great!

Congratulations so far! Check with your instructions/Surgeon first of course, but *almost* all over-the-counter allergy medicines comes in a children's liquid form. The directions also indicate how to use by age or weight. Good Luck ♥️

Try to include some form of meditation as well. Stress can cause physiological changes that can cause weight gain just like a caloric surplus.

Did you receive IV fluids in the hospital? That's usually the culprit for post hospital visit weight changes & stalls Otherwise the common stall that everyone mentioned may have started Good Luck ♥️

Dinner last night : Greek salad and novelty sized mushroom ricotta bake 🤣 (I barely ate any because I began fasting again (in anticipation of Yom Kippur) and I'm not as hungry and can handle less)

My advice is to figure out which parts scare you and if they can be worked on but only do what you are comfortable with ♥️

Please try to be a *little* patient with Docs and staff right now, so much backlog is slowing processes down. Especially since you were originally denied, the really might have just put your file to the side and moved on to more straight forward cases. But do stay in constant communication with them now so they know you're serious. BTW, You must have super patience already since you waited 7 weeks to contact them. I would have contacted them the same day my decision was overturned, picked my surgery date and started my pre-op diet 😆
