Forgot to post: Vegan *almost* sugar free apple pie (for the BF) Pie crust is a basic oil crust and granulated stevia was used to cook the apples. Two tablespoons of maple syrup was added for flavor enhancement so that's why it's almost sugar free

Yes and conversion to RNY seems to be the top choice of Surgeons. Bypass is *almost* imperceptibly different from VSG at least in my experience
