Thank you Fluffychix , the liquid diet is hell on wheels but I'm hanging in there, I can understand why people cheat but I'm not going to as I've come to far. Congrats to all post ops, please let us know how your doing on the other side? Monday I have another pre-op and I have to stop all my vitamins. The lack of sleep is a terrible I'm with you there Wanda. This blasted headache is back with avengence again today, I'm hoping tomorrow as it's day 7 will be better. I'm allowed one fruit, one veg/salads and one carb. Plus 5 shakes a day. I have to drink lots of water too, that is I drink it as lemon and ginger decaf tea. Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app

Taking Nsaid before surgery is not allowed as it can interfere with other drugs. Also these are processed by your liver and we are trying to reduce our liver. Rolaids are fine they don't hold any liver damaging properties. Hope this helps. Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm on my third day using the same shakes, my headache is murder and I was told not to take anything. Not getting heart burn but you can take an antacid for it, Rolaids are good. Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app

I start mine tomorrow, I've spent the day preparing, jello and home made chicken broth. I have everyone of my shakes in the fridge that I'll need for the next 2 weeks. Not looking forward to it but I'm just going to drink water and a lot of it. Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app

Just had my last NUT and Surgoens visit, liquid diet starts Sunday morning. Nervous does not even begin to how I feel. I am down another 10lbs which is a total loss of 30lbs before surgery.
