So I start liquid diet Wednesday Nov 15... How are others coping with liquid diet over Thanksgiving? I have been getting horrible caffeine headaches trying to quit caffeine. Overall anxious about pre op diet. Any pointers would be appreciated... [emoji15]

I start mine tomorrow, I've spent the day preparing, jello and home made chicken broth.
I have everyone of my shakes in the fridge that I'll need for the next 2 weeks. Not looking forward to it but I'm just going to drink water and a lot of it.

I am trying to get my last cravings out of the way b4 wednesday... Dont know how i will do this... But i cant handle this weight anymore either... Im double what I am supposed to weigh at 282

Same as above mines start tomorrow .. and today I’m making a red velvet cake .. been craving it for awhile.. so might as well be my good bye.. plus few drinks .

My fridge has some shakes in to be really cool .. even bought some vitamins for the hair to start early .. so the fall out won’t be so bad. ( bad experience with my first c section)

Hair? Ive had 2 c sections b4... never had any issues?

I am honestly thinking of hiding for Thanksgiving, I'm not sure I'm strong enough to resist Turkey and all the goof stuff.

Luckily my 2 yr old doesnt care about thanksgiving and my roommates are going elsewhere no smells to drive me crazy... ate a pumpkin pie yesterday to get ti out of my system

I started mine on Friday, and will have my surgery on November 20. I will be just out of the hospital on Wednesday, so I'm sending my husband to his sister's for dinner and sitting here watching the Thanksgiving Day Parade and relaxing. :-) Best excuse to avoid family dinner. Lmao

What flavor jello? I was told nothing red or purple, so what kind of jello does that leave?
