I'm currently on day 6 of my liquid pre op diet and let me tell you it is challenging at every corner [emoji28] There has been nights I've cried myself to sleep because I'm hungry. Yes we can! On day five now and the struggle is still real but I'm just trying to keep myself busy as much as possible. For me the struggle is at its peak afternoons and onwards. I lack energy and although my work is an office job, it is demanding (social worker) and I finish late some days. Tell me about it!! Girl, the struggle is REAL. I'm telling you on day 3 I literally cried myself to sleep[emoji23][emoji24] I'm on day 5, but I wouldn't say its easier but trying by all means to keep myself busy and try not to indulge. I'm currently on my two week liquid pre op diet, day 4 and the struggle is real. I'm hungry majority of time, I always seem to have a headache, I feel like I'm withering away... basically somewhat miserable[emoji24][emoji24] True talk, I cheated yesterday and I felt so bad about it.
