  1. So you have gained 4 pounds a week for the past 3 weeks or you lost 10 pounds the first week, gained 4 the second week and your weight has remained the same for three weeks. It hasn't even BEEN 4 weeks since 7/24. That's when I got my surgery. What is pcos?
  2. Jeez, nothing has made me feel as good as reading THIS POST this morning. I'm really really really frustrated and unhappy and this helped tremendously.
  3. Well, I would venture to say that just beyond the puckered exterior, we all are pink on the inside. Only on this board do conversations like this happen.
  4. This week I am in a stall. It also happens to be the third week. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!!!!
  5. I was sleeved on 7/24 - I went through exactly the same thing. It changed for me....hopefully it will for you too, hang in there.
  6. How do you train with your weights? What's your routine?
  7. For real, the amount of conflicting advice and recommendations out there vis a vis this surgery is enough to drive a person completely bonkers. Crush pills/pills are fine not crushed Eat this after surgery/don't eat this Some peopl;e get to eat this/some people get to not eat Work out/don't work out Damn, y'all.
  8. I've had small edibles since surgery. I'll smoke pot occasionally. As long as I don't get the munchies it's fine with me.
  9. You should have been because your entire attack of HeyCrystal is based on some fucked up interpretation of what she said in the first place. She didn't make fun of anybody and I watched in real time as you totally misunderstood and misrepresented what she said then continued to complain about it till the only one who looked stupid around here is YOU. You're ridiculous. Now you're gonna be ignored because obviously you can't help yourself.
  10. I would like to do this. I see myself following this same path.
  11. I strain it, it tastes way better than broth. When I get to the pureed stage, I'll just vitamix the hell out of it!
  12. Make sure we're all talking about being in the same phase of our eating. Someone 3 weeks out on phase two is going to have different needs than someone years out on solids. Just keep that in mind when giving suggestions.
  13. No, but I will. I just got sleeved on the 24th. Pretty happy. My energy levels are still a little low. But I love chili. Meaty and Beany.
  14. I'm eating a mix of Golden Mushroom And Vegetable Beef right now. Right Now
  15. Not going to Applebee's. I'm sorry.
  16. mmm...chili...what phase are you on though?
  17. I think that may be the best sentence I've ever read here. Thank you.
  18. I am not being as diligent as I should about tracking my protein and fluid intake. I'm guestimating in my head and I'm not writing it down. That's probably not good to do.
  19. Like the topic said, I'm exhausted. I feel like I just want to lay down all the time. Could it be protein? Could it be dehydration? Could it be the ridiculously low amount of calories I take in on a full liquid diet? Could it be healing? Any suggestions, good people of the pouch?
  20. That sounds delicious. Do you have a recipe?
  21. You know what, THANK YOU, for posting these personal pics of yourself. You look healthier and happier and you provide US with INSPIRATION that always helps when we are questioning our own journies. Keep on keeping on. You can do this.
