  1. Inspiring!! My sw similar to yours. Your inspiring! Did you ever imagine you'd be done in 6m?!
  2. Not as often as I should. I'll keep on top of it!
  3. If I'm honest. I'm not the best at taking vitamins. But I did do bloods at 9 weeks out and things were normal. Then again I wasn't cold then. I had a massive weight drop this morning also with this extra coldness. I also have not been getting as much cals the last week so this is all very interesting info. I dont think I've had my thyroid checked I don't know anything about thyroid lol. Thanks everyone I didn't even think something could be wrong. This week is the first week I've reached water goals everyday ha.
  4. You here about people who are very slim and because they are very slim they are always finding it hard to retain heat and are freezing. Well . I am obese yet as the time goes on ( almost 3 months out) I am absolutely frozen cold, and its got worse the last 4 days, I mean I have my heating on high and everyones complaining its boiling hot so its just me feeling this cold. I am not sick or coming down with anything lol but just so uncomfertably cold lol what this about?!!
  5. I would delay solids till 6 months if you already have supply issues and trying to get back to exclusive breastfeeding. She is not likely to be interested if on solids. It seems better to get milk on track then solids not both at the same time. But that's just what I think you know what's best.
  6. Hi have you got a baby wrap ? Or baby carrier. My Kids are 13 months apart I found this very helpful so I can feed on demand. If you want to get back to exclusive. When baby is having bottled milk during the day you need to pump so your body knows to produce the milk your baby is having. Look into pace feeding your baby will be used to recieving milk fast. One ounce wait then another ounce. But start swapping out feeds . warm showers and breast masage help stimulate milk supply dream feeds. Removing pacifier if you have one so baby can comfort nurse to help stimulate your supply. can I ask consider in breastfeeding mums need 500 extra calories for nutrients in milk and to keep up supply with not being able to eat much were they not worried you would dry up ? Not judging or concerned lol. Just curious
  7. I have just seen your comment on the other post calling me a troll, I have never even seen you before. Neither have i had issues on any posts , so your clearly confused. I will not even bother to respond to you if i see you again. pathetic. Bye If i could block you i would but i will probably forget you on the next post.
  8. Hey! thanks so much for asking sorry i just saw this, I did go to my usual doctor and had bloods and my b12 shot, but i didnt go so soon it seemed to rectify it self so did not have to tell anyone about it! i know not ideal but all is going well for the moment thank you for asking
  9. You said what you can eat scares you, hence why i mentioned something as you sound concerned. Yes I am fully aware everyone is different, you did not say " I eat what a 9 month out person can eat, and I am fine about that" I am not judging you lol jeese i was trying to help lol. I dont always track either you said " I DONT KNOW HOW" So trying to help i told you how i was not telling you you should weigh your food .. wow lol
  10. What is your eating plan. Quantities and amount of calories ?
  11. I googled it for you. 55kg - 121lbs 127kg-279lbs
  12. Wow that's amazing What is your meal plan like ? Maybe I should try that. I eat 4 ounce per meal.
  13. You could be eating more than is on your plan to eat. You don't know how ? With a weighing scale? Were you not told to eat no more than set ounces per meal? Just because you can eat as much as a 9m out person doesn't mean you should lol
  14. Yes, I considered your as soon as possible to mean... as soon as possible in relation to before a year seen as that was what the post was about. Everyone came along after you had explained a million things, and then your angry I took your post for the actual words used. It is not assuming actually taking the words you used into consideration lol. At the time you posted you were not aware of all the risk people have mentioned so its not farfetched that I thought you meant now Have a lovely day.
  15. "in case some people assume I am trying to get knocked up as soon as possible" you literally said . 'asap'(as soon as possible) "i hope to start getting pregnant asap." "in your original post... it was not assumed. If that is no longer the case then good, but that is what you said.
  16. Take a deep breath. We are on the same page. I did not want to be specific with those figures. But I agree with all that those risks are higher anyway. Under 12 month post vsg and 30+ imagine the risk? She said she wants to get pregnant asap which is the only thing I discouraged against. Not getting pregnant fulstop. Your out there stating facts just like I did. Proving no matter the medical history risks are risks across the board. I had my kids at 20 so you don't need to educate me on the risk of being an older mum . I took all that into consideration when I planned my pregnancies. I have no reason to not want others to experience the joy of a baby. But I also have seen the tears of early sleevers pregnancies going wrong. I said what I said because when your desperate for a child. Sometimes logic doesn't always seem clear. "I'll be fine because I know someone else who did it and they are okay "
  17. Lol, telling someone to wait 12 months like they are advised for safety reasons, so they can reduce the risk of a misscariage and premature labour, which I have seen, is denying them from ever having a child lol Asif I told them never to conceive lol so dramatic. I stand by everything i said. Her medical circumstance is not relevant, the rule for sleeve patients are the same. Its pretty simple. . The reason I mentioned, I was a mother is I could not imagine risking such a thing, but if you think its a good idea, hey . Get to it then. What I said is facts.Ignore everything I said, I have no reason to say wait, lol am I the one carrying the baby? lol Have the baby now then, but if the baby ends up on the special care unit being born early, when it could have been a case of reducing that risk, thats not upto me.( And no I am not wishing this on anyone before you get dramatic . I wish the op a healthy pregnancy, which is why waiting will e better. My tone is serious because this is serious. End of. I have not even read the other response as I know it will be all " You dont know my medical history" The risks associated with pregnancies before the 12 month mark do not care about your medical history lol. Bye. But cool, I should encourage someone having a baby irresponsibly , go ahead you had a sleeve a few months ago , get pregnant now ,babies are fun. I could have said that, but actually i value every baby and every life, including the op going ham about my response up there. I am not arguing back and fourth which is why I was not going to come back. Take what I said or leave it . All the best.
  18. Im in the uk so i have no idea what those numbers are, our date is like this day /month /year, I assumed you dont mean 2014. soso i was trying to figure out which order, which is why i asked how many weeks i can read what you wrote. nevermind. goodluck.
  19. It happened previously, then you decide to drink the milk again..? How about dont drink the milk and try something else ? Our body changes after surgery maybe you will be fine with it later on.
  20. How many weeks are you ? After knowing all the risks of not sticking to the plan you still chose to not stick to it, perhaps you need to explore what made you take those risks all the best
  21. Are you saying your eating what is not on your plan for this stage? How many ounces is this? How far out are you? All I can advise that is obvious is to stick to the plan, if you are going a week ahead do not. You may feel fine but leaks etc are real, and you wont tell till its too late. If your worried to be sure something is not going wrong stick to the stages
  22. How many weeks post are you?
  23. "You really should not be eating cereal" Nice of you to say. BUT you don't know each plan , and her plan may allow for cereal, so I think saying in your opinion its not a good idea, is different than telling what someone should do or should not do. I am allowed cereal on my plan but just dont think its worth it lol . But if it is on someones plan I am sure it would not be if their surgeon felt it would sabotage their plan. But if it is not on someone's plan I agree they should not be having it.
