same here, but my doctor says i was not going through early menopause.it is due to weight loss surgery. have not seen my cycle in months,it always skips.but i do not care if i eveeeeeer see it again.

Hi today i had a doctor appointment but he said i did not need a fill, he told me i lost 15lbs between june-july.how happy am i.during july i took a vacation.down south(Tuskegee,Alabama).the hot south. but it has been 9 years since i seen my family i know that is a long time. but we always communicate over the telephone.boy were they shock,what a reunion we all had.i took my daughter an she do not want to go back,the temperture were in the hundreds. but somehow we survive.i did not know alabama was the second overweight state.i was shock.not to be mean but everyother person i saw had a weight problem.even my sisters.so i talk to them about the weight lost surgery.some say they don,t wanna take that route.but my niece is losing i am proud of her.for the fourth of july they cook out on the grill.an boy did we have fun food,food everywhere.but i thank my lapband i was not that hungry, i ate chicken,fish,coleslaw.watermelon.only small portions.an the thing about it i did not have a scale to weigh myself.so i did,nt even worry about my weight.that was a good thing.for two weeks.an it seems the pounds just fell off.hope everyone is doing great on your journey.but my total weight loss from 324lbs to 194lbs as of today.it is so good to hit onederland.my goal is to hit 180lbs.love you guys for all your support.:thumbup::thumbup::smile2:.

January/13th/09 somewhat healthy,not all the time 5&6 times a day.on my stationary bike. as of today 125lbs. amazing.so very,very happy.

you guys just had surgery.you have to give it time. when i went for mt two weeks post-op, i lost 19lbs. my doctor told me don,t expect to loose any more weight.i was like ha.what he meant was not until i started getting my fills.you are in the healing stage.illuminationlady is so right just exercise&eat right.its just gonna take time.wishing all of you a good journey.

i have been stuck in twoterville for three-four months,i had a fill on may 6th, i was 3lbs away from onderland,an on may 24th i hit 199.6ibs.i could not believe it.i know its takes time.it will happen for you.it does go slow congrats on your weight loss.i went through the same thing.so i try not to think about it.

hello january was my 1 year having the band an it happens to me all the time,sometimes i can only eat 1/2cup.the next i can eat anything.i believe the band is fickle.at times i can eat a portion of everything the next month,i am wondering whats going on.i think thats just how the band is,shrimp is a sometimes food with me.i cannot eat the regular chicken that i cook,ido the roasted.it is too dry.some food i just stay away from.everyone has their own experiences with the band.best wishes.

you are so right.i use to (SWEAT)all the time.i hated it. out of breath, wheezing did we mention(SWEATING) i had to take a towel every where i went.i am so glad i had weightloss surgery.

i know you are feeling ready to go. thats how i felt i had to wait 3-4 months after all my pre-op appointments.it will happen for you.good luck.

yes, yes ,well i start to feel the pain, and then it passes through real slow an then(pow) relief big time.but i still feel sick sometimes an loss of appetite.no more food. it turns me off.

i got my fill may 6th, i am just now feeling restriction, it seems to hit all at once, at first when the doctor gave me a fill i usually hear it going down, this time i did not.i say wait until after vacation.this band is fickle. sometimes its on, an sometimes it is not.

sslouha is right.i got my restriction after my third fill,an my very first fill after my two weeks post-op.the following month.

may was my fill appointment.i could not wait to get one.because i have been stuck in twoterville for three months,i am trying to get to onederland.as of todayi have lost 3lbs.it seems so slow.i know i have to be patient.my doctor has started skipping fills to every two-three months,i have another appointment in july.i am going on vacation to the hot south.at the end of june. for the 4th of july.so i will get a fill at the end of july when i get back.the fill he gave me was enough i did not fell any restriction .untilabout a week ago.at first i thought he miss the port.but no i have been feeling it for a week now.so i am out of obese 3 catergory, they have three obese classes(1-2-3)i am down to 1.my bmi started out at (55.6)at 324lbs-now bmi=34.8 weight 203lbs. still trying to get to onederland.hope everyone is doing great on your journey.:rolleyes2::thumbup:
