Anyone tried this

Has anyone tried Liquid Protein? I know I am not getting enough and I need to try something.

Thanks so much for the advice and encouragement.....I should try to take in more Protein because I know I only get in about half of what I need since I stopped drinking the shakes post op...they just taste so bad now.

I am almost 2 months post op and I haven't lost any additional weight besides the first 30lbs... I don't know what to do to help jump start the weightloss again. Please help!

Hi everyone, I am going into week 5 I was sleeved on 6/19 and I have gained 3lbs! I just saw the doctor this week and he said I am doing fine, I'm even cleared for regular food. I am worried that I am gaining weight and not losing any right now. What should I do or what shouldn't I do at this point? Any meal ideas would be awesome also!

Hello everyone . I am 17 days post op and I am having a hard time finding things to eat. Everything I try upsets my stomach and I'm not hungry at all. Today I had a string cheese, and 2 bites of shredded chicken. Im nervous because I don't want to get in a habit of not eating. I need a plan, please help.

I called my doctor yesterday and sent a picture, he gave me a Rx of amox clav and wants to see me on 7/11.

Chavon, May I ask where you had surgery? In the states?

I understand this worry and I see the question posed so often. I view it like this: You trade the morbid obesity and cormorbidities for the possibility of loose skin. Later, you might have plastics. So you trade the loose skin for scars.
Upgrades all around, I'd say.
That said, keep in mind that skin rebounds enormously beyond the first year post op. What was a flap from under my breasts to my pubic bone I had to wear a corset-like girdle to contain for two years post op is now almost unnoticeable. Do I still want plastics 7 years post op (and post sleeve baby)? Yeah. But I had twins and I'm down 160+ pounds from my heaviest ever. Do I NEED them? Nope.
Your skin might sag. But even if it does, it can bounce back a LOT with time. I'd rather be skinny and slightly saggy any day, no lie. [emoji4]

Chavon, that's what 2 of mine were doing, but I sutured them closed. I'm a slow healer normally though, if I get scratched or bit at work they take a long time to heal. I was starting to worry though as they just won't stay closed.
Bigjoe I was sleeved June 17 (I mistakenly posted above the 19th, but it was the 17th, 15 days post op now)

So after my sleeve my doctor made me wear a waistband but did really give me any information. Anyone else have to wear one or know what it does?

I am day 5 post op and everything seems to be going well. The only issue I am having is that none of my appoved liquids appeal to me. I have mainly been drinking Water and Gatorade. As far as physical pain its more just soreness at this point, I only take the meds when I am ready for bed.
