For everyone who's had surgery I give you all the credit in the world as it's a huge life changing process. Y'all have my full respect as well.

Hi everyone. New to this app. I'm not looking into bariatric surgery as I just need to drop about 30lbs. I do want to be supportive and receive support along the way. I can't do protein shakes, and don't drink milk at all. Any advise is helpful.
