I actually went seafood crazy the last 5 months and I eat steamed shrimp or broiled just like fish either streamed or broiled and I still walk 3 to 5 miles a day and do some weight training

I drink my Protein in the morning only when I walk. I have unflavored and I mix 2 scoops for 50 grams of protein because I just don't like to drink it all day. My meals vary like yesterday I had 12 Cajun steamed shrimp from Captain D's and today I had a 8oz Michelina's dinner I split up for Breakfast and dinner....and it's 9g protein.... I've had people think I don't eat but I just follow the rules I eat 4 oz per meal and I drink anything but carbonated drinks.... I like a sweet tea every few days but I drink lots of Water

I've drank some OJ and few times but I mixed it with my unflavored Protein during a few walks but that was in June and I never had problems.... everyone gets different plans and my NUT told me it was ok just use with precaution

I did eat a full serving (4-6oz?) of sweet potatoes while on vacation.. yum! I think they'll be my new splurge. Cake? No. Ice cream? No. Sweet potatoes? YES!! Lol.
Kids might be disappointed when my birthday rolls around..
I'm able to do a milkshake and I'm lactose so it helps me out... can't finish it but it's all good for me and I learned we all have do different things because when I tried to taste a Wendy's chili I was done

Oh my stomach hurt so bad. There wasn't room for it. Why did I do it. I knew better. I will try to keep this memory of bad decisions for next time.
I feel your pain and I've been there myself and the best thing to do is walk until it moves down because once that stomach starts hurting and you sit down Boy oh Boy

When I called her on her bs she and some weirdo started trying to backtrack and deny it. Then they said they were going to ignore me but kept talking about me expecting me not to reply...Losing weight is hard enough without that kinda crap
Losing weight is very hard for alot of us and I was a person that never thought I could ever gain weight so I know how it is and I didn't like a comment I made to the person but I felt pushed and I didn't even know that it was a woman going toe to toe with me

Yeah lol I see you read how she was coming for me SMH I was really shocked but the support people gave me kept me feeling good and I didn't let it bother me after I said what I said back

I was told to stay away from Pasta and stay away from red meat for a year....but I wanted to try rice just to see and it's a mistake I've made a few times

I've recently just started eating mashed potatoes with a little gravy and I hold it well with no problems but the slightest taste of rice will have me on vomit alert!!!! Some are vice versa it's crazy
