Hiii everyone. My surgery is scheduled for July 19th. I have time for this but I am totally a planner and need to start planning things. Does anyone have any tips or tricks they can share? I need to start making a grocery list for my pre and post op diet so if you have low sugar baby food suggestions or just any type of suggestion in general i would greatly appreciate it. I am starting to get nervous about it and need to focus on getting things prepared lol. Help mee

My surgery date is July 19th. I stilk have the cardiac exam and the sleep apnea test and then its just the pre-op stuff. I am anxious and cant wait to have my surgery. I know that this is not the body I am meant to have. Congratulations to you on the next chapter of your life! I look forward to seeing your progress [emoji123][emoji123]

My husband has been awesome. He had had moments were he felt that with me losing weight that if want to lose him also but that surely want the case. I met him when I weighted 150lbs then ballooned to 345lbs now after surgery so far down to 214lbs. Still going strong with him 18yrs later.
