I use a baby spoon to eat with and only eat 3.5 oz at a time. If that settles and is good and I want more, and feel like I can eat more, then I do. Most of the time that is enough. Sleeved 3/16/17.

I would imagine that the more you have to lose, the greater your loss will be on a monthly basis. I started with only 70-80 lbs to lose, so it will go much slower than someone that has 100+ lbs to lose. Keep it in perspective and know the numbers of the calories in vs calories out don't lie.

I am hungry, but afraid to eat too much at one time or too fast. I started eating cottage cheese and yogurt after about a week
