4 days post-op....feeling like I was ran over by a truck...trying to get my protein shakes in and water without being nauseous...only getting 1 shake in a day, and doing ok with keeping hydrated...bought smart water to keep electrolytes up and in check...speedy recovery to all post-op family members and best wishes to those pre-op...you can do it!

Everyday is a challenge, but I'm getting there slowly and steady....thanks for asking
Down 30 lbs in one week has me leary and how is that possible lol Going to the doctor tomorrow so we'll see if I get to graduate to puree or not....smart water, chicken broth, and milk gets old real quick lol protein intake is the worst but you have to push yourself and try to include as much as possible...Make it a great journey...after all no one loves you more than YOU!

You are so sweet, keep me posted and I too am here for you. Tell me a joke- tell me the color of your poop. We can have a few laughs....although I prefer a joke over the poo...we can absolutely work up to that.
Hope I made you smile....not laugh because I do not want you to hurt yourself.
BTW- how is the pain now?
