    STALL?

I use the app LoseIT! To track all the foods I eat if anyone is interested and I count macros, basically pay attention to the amount of Protien, Carbs, and fats you're consuming each day. Here's some information about it. https://www.bodybuilding.com/amp-content/from-here-to-macros-4-steps-to-better-nutrition.html

    STALL?

I've seen a lot of people talk about stalling and I wondered if it would happen to me, well it did, I lost 28 the first two weeks and from week 3 to 4 I didn't lose anything so I made up my mind I wouldn't let it slow down so instead of walking 30 mins like I had been doing I kicked it up to an hour and by the next week I lost 2 more lbs. Now that I'm over a mnth out I just started weight training along with my walking.... im use it will slow down but I figure this is my opportunity to work harder for the body I've always wanted and actually reach my goal. Also I've notice even though the weight isn't dropping like the first two weeks my clothes fit different every week. Everyone is different but one thing is the same for each of us if you just keep going and don't look back you'll reach your goals. You got this!

    6 days post op

I also had my op on the 28th, I'm no longer nauseous but I have some pain in my stomach when I lay down, maybe I'm laying too flat but I get 2 hours of sleep at any time and I'm back up... I hope what you're going through passes quickly...
  4. I also had my surgery on the 28th last mnth and I already when shopping for tuna, eggs, soups and a few other things today... I don't know if the craving is in my head heart or stomach but I've been really fighting... smelling food or seeing commercials even when my family is eating other things... it was cool the first 4 days I don't know what happened yesterday

    Quick poll

Though it's great to get opinions and feedback it's just better to be honest with ourselves about what we need. Today was post op day number 6 for me and already I've already been through a roller coaster of emotions. I've have support at home but I still sought out the help of apps like this and instagram pages and YouTube accounts of people who've been here before me. Would I go to a group session, sure if I had the time just to see how I felt about it but in the end I know this is my journey and it's a battle for me and in some of those you have to just stand up for yourself and push forward.
  6. Thanks, I may just be rushing it, it is only 6 days after literally cutting away half my stomach.... I'm pretty impatient with what I can and can't do I'm just ready to lose this weight
  7. I've already stopped my Tylenol 3 maybe I'll start it back just to sleep better, thanks
  8. Here I am on my 6th day post op and I'm excited because I decided to start walking for 30 mins twice a day but as excited as I am I'm also uncomfortable. I haven't been able to sleep well, is it just me or is there some stomach pain or not really pain as much as just really irritating. My abdominal is a little sore but that hardly bothers me at all, I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this feeling.
