You look great. Congrats on your weight loss. Were you tone before you began losing and did you exercise your arms alot? I'm asking because you have no arm flab. I've lost 69 lb and I have big jelly arms.

hello, unfortunately i do have very flabby triceps.....i hide them well. they are flabby enough that i want surgery to fix them. they were slightly flabby before surgery and i haven't done alot of special arm work but relly need to. thank u fot the compliments!!
