Day 4 of fast , I feel okay a little on edge
My mom had to get a mommogram done today becuase they found a lump.
hoping its nothing serious, i love my mother very much
prayers are needed

surgery tomorrow , nervous but excited :/
Liquid diet update : not hungry , still drinking the carnation though as needed.

Not feeling it today just sorta feel down today.
12 days till I go scheduled surgery and my last deition appointment.

Hopefully a Good Nights sleep has given you a chance to reset your mood and you are able to find some Joy that was hidden from you yesterday. We all go through multiple leading up to and after Surgery but the Great thing is you are about to change your life forever. I am excited for you and can't wait for about 6 months post op when you are running around lighter and laughing!!!

Have to do the pre-op diet liquids only for 7 days any advice ?

Getting ready to schedule my surgery date on the 17th very nervous. I am really hoping my insurance company approves my surgery. My weight has been all over the place lately one time im losing 10 pounds the next im gaining , i have been following my dietitians words just feeling very discouraged , i just want to be healthy.

I have been "big" since i was young and have been bullied for it since middle school , honestly I am so ready for this life change , and to be able to do things i haven't been able to do in the past. I also have pcos (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) which causes irregular periods and problems getting pregnant I am very excited to be healthy for my future.
