  1. I drink about 66 ounces a day. I drink two of he 33 ounce bottles through the day [emoji31] I live in the bathroom.
  2. Don't hate yourself. You've lost 100 lbs and if you hated yourself, you would never have made the choice to get healthy! Stay positive. That's all that's getting me through!
  3. Thank you [emoji173]️ I try not to focus on the scale but it's so hard. I just want to see my move. I'm 3 lbs away from seeing a different second number and I want it so bad. I want to lose 23 more lbs by the wedding but I don't see that being a possibility. I'm just going to keep pushing at the gym and hoping for the best! Good luck to you girl!
  4. I'm working out and killing myself in the gym and the scale is not moving. I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day and I wasn't for a while. I had made peace with the scale and wasn't going on it at all, then I got a new scale for my bridal shower and it's been down-hill since. I went for a fitting and my dress looks great, the fat bulge on my back is almost gone because I've been working out so much, but the scale isn't budging! I tried eating more calories, less calories, more weights, more cardio, still nothing. Going on a month now with a 1 lb gain/loss depending on the day. I had my surgery 5/31 and am down 31 lbs. Why does the scale make us so crazy! (Not all of us, obv, but a lot of us!) Someone share some pearls of wisdom please! Thanks!
  5. Lima beans? Her choice of food is just as lame as she is. Let her watch you shrink to goal weight and continue to be bitter. Unhappy people try to make other people unhappy. Stay positive and keep being awesome. [emoji173]️
  6. I'm the same way with most meats but I'm ok with chicken. Also, I like the chicken parm ones cold haha.
  7. Thank you. [emoji173]️
  8. Are you on Pinterest? Search chicken meatballs. I make them every week and make a huge batch so I can portion them out for the week. They have every flavor-chicken parm is my favorite. I swap out breadcrumb for a little almond or coconut flour and you can't even tell the difference. I've tried bbq, orange chicken, general tso chicken, pesto, and even chick-fil-a! One meatball fills me up and I don't have to worry about cooking when I'm exhausted.
  9. Are you working out? It could be muscle. Or water. Are you eating salty? Maybe it's the scale. I weighed myself twice this morning because my scale is a little wonkey (having a bridal shower in 2 weeks and someone bought the new one off the registry). I was 189 and then literally 5 minutes later I was 185.
  10. I'd like to follow this because I want to get pregnant at my 1 year mark.
  11. You're doing great! I'm 9 weeks out too and down 30! Getting frustrated but hanging in there!
  12. How are you guys doing out there?
  13. Thank you. I hope it's muscle that is the culprit. I am working out extra hard to lose weight and also get in shape for my upcoming wedding. I guess I'm just impatient and afraid I'm making mistakes because it's all so new. And my doctor isn't as easily accessible as I'd like him to be. He's only in my area one day a week for appointments as he has offices in multiple places so it's hard to get advice from him. I did finally get the PA's email so hopefully she'll get back to me soon! Thank you to everyone again!
  14. I eat all day. I never eat more than my 3-4oz of food, but I definitely eat 6 times a day. I think because I'm so active at the gym and one of my jobs is working with kids is physical, I need to be eating, even though it's never more than a few bites.
  15. My doctor said to lift weights more than cardio because you don't want to lose muscle. I do weights 4x a week with one day of cardio in the middle to rest.
  16. Hmm. I will have to look into over exercising. I didn't think that was possible, haha. Thank you!!
  17. I started at 215. I'm currently between 186.5-187.5. I know 30 lbs a month is a lot but I haven't lost 30 total in 2.5 months. It's just frustrating because I see everyone else's success stories and I want to know if I'm doing something wrong and what I should change if I am.
  18. I get on average 60-70 grams of protein.
  19. I workout 5 days a week and I don't eat any carbs besides natural ones in foods or sugars (as per my dr), and I've lost 27 lbs in 2.5 months and today in up 2 lbs. I eat mostly chicken, some beef, and vegetables. I eat about 6 small meals a day. I don't graze all day or snack often, mostly j just eat my little meals. I hit my calorie goals for exercise via my smart watch and eat about 800-900 calories a day. Everything I eat, I've cooked myself so I don't eat fast food or takeout or 'convenient' meals. I don't know what else to do. I'm doing cardio and weights alternating daily and I work 2 jobs so I'm always moving. I just don't know how to make the scale move. Critique me, please. I need to know what to fix! Thank you, Amanda
  20. I was ok too. I had mild discomfort but I didn't feel like my guts were coming out. It was never that bad and by day 2 at home I was off pain meds.
  21. Anyone use? My user ID is Imagimmie Feel free to add!
  22. I made my lunch yesterday and my boss was like 'that's all you're going to eat?' I was like yes, but don't worry I eat every 2 hours. Everyone just thinks I'm being super healthy because my wedding is coming in October and I'm killing myself in the gym-which I am. No one needs to know your business and just tell them you're watching what you eat.
