Pregnant after sleeve.

I had my sleeve done May of 2016. I am currently pregnant a little after a year. I've had a few problems nothing major though, things I am not sure about. When I eat I do eat my small meals and thankfully I haven't gained any weight from what I've lost. But I know when I'm hungry so I will eat but after a bite my stomach feels full but empty at the same time. I am just wanting to know how anyone else has been after getting the sleeve and getting pregnant. I can't ask my doctor because we are no longer in the US.

Getting pregnant wasn't an issue, they say you are very fertile. I was on birth control and once it came out I got pregnant like 2 weeks later.
