1000-1200 calories & 90-120 grams of protein.

Bibigo Pork Dumplings & Sesame Zoodle Salad with Cashews. 264 calories. Lovin this lunch! I post most a lot of my meals on Instagram at my_tiny_healthy_plate. I’m no Chef by any means but I love to cook & prepare food. It’s a work in progress.

Bought this at Costco today. Liquid calories worth drinking. Looks good to me!

I’m very scared! All I crave is sugar!!!
Seahawks Fan replied to sunshinemia's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
You can drink all the water you want! And there are unlimited food choices for you out there. Eat some lean protein & fresh fruits & veggies. Fruits have natural sugars & should help with cravings. No reason whatsoever to reach for a candy bar. Try some of this! Check out my Instagram page with healthy meal ideas. my_tiny_healthy_plate -
Very discouraged. Two weeks out and still stalled
Seahawks Fan replied to ElseeG's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
How is it possible to think your stalled at just two weeks? You’ve only just began. I was told not to be concerned with weight or even the scale until 3 months & yes I’ve felt like I’m losing at a snails pace but I can’t argue the fact that NONE of my clothes fit anymore at 10 weeks. Hang in there & be patient. -

Some Jumbos & mixed veggies. I love that I can use the word Jumbo in such a small meal! My Instagram has many of my meals posted. You can see them at ,” my_tiny__healthy_plate “. -

Monday is mush foods for me

Bust out the Vitamix & go to town with that bad boy! Campbell’s Chunky Soups were great for me. They even have some good protein but there are so many other options. -
You really shouldn’t bother with weighing that much. Sometimes it can take a few months to really start rolling. I don’t even own a scale. I weigh every week or two at the doctors office or the gym. I called a couple of times with concerns about weight loss early on & my dietitian said that should be the last thing on your mind until about 3 months out.

Been there! It can be a struggle but it will pass & you’ll be enjoying small healthy plates.

If you include plant based protein that number can increase significantly. Also nuts & legumes.

Considering cancelling surgery
Seahawks Fan replied to erika702's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Been there done that & couldn’t have regretted it more! I was scheduled for May 30th 2017 & was in the hospital with the IV in my arm & I backed out at the last second. Soon after my addiction to food was realized & I was left wishing I had done it. I was then rescheduled & sleeved January18th. I have never looked back on this decision with any regrets! You will have to do the pre-op diet a second time as I did & possibly the insurance requirements & surgical group requirements as well. Nothing but a step backwards for me personally. I guess I did look back with regret that I hadn’t done this that day in May. Just something for you to consider in making the decision to move forward or not. -
Favorite things you can do now that you couldn't before, or things you're looking forward to doing?

Breathing easy is nice as well as not working up a sweat doing something as simple as getting dressed or grabbing the mail. Number one though is being able to play with my kids! -
Thanks for that! First I’ve even heard of the name for this. I knew one was used but never heard the name before today.

Soy Bean Spaghetti noodles & Sauce with Turkey Burger. The noodles are at Costco & are really good! I post a lot of my meals on Instagram at,”my_tiny_healthy_plate”.

I’m no professional chef but hope it’s helpful. -
4 to 5 depends on how many hours I’m awake. Meeting protein goals is not that difficult especially if your a woman in which case it’s much less.

Just wondering if anyone would know who this post is for. Something I heard on Sesame Street when I was very young. 😂 😆 😝
