ok had by=pass jan 13 th lost 45 pounds in s months and thats it , I am following my diet and not loosing is that normal? I am 3 months post op, stalled at 240 for 4 weeks ,I weigh my self in morning it is 233 them eat 1 egg and small lunch some hummus in between ,salid Soup,dinner, not eating much ,drinking tons of Water work my butt off all day lift weights walk when I get home my weight is back up to 240 how depressing I know it has to go up then down but same day , sucks day after day is this normal?
