Hi all! I'm at the beginning of the process. Got all my appointments scheduled. Saw my nutritionist on 3/20/2017. See my shrink on 3/27/2017. Got an ab ultrasound on 3/30/2017. So far so good with keeping a food journal. Working on my exercise that seems to be the hardest thing. It will take 6 months for me to get thru the pre-op requirements. Chose gastric bypass. Just want want support, encouragement and any helpful info. Thanks! -
