6 months post op on the 15th

Just moved to a small town from San Diego and there is no Baratric surgeon even remotely close that's why I was asking for some assistance from the community after all this is what this forum is for Thank you

I just need help with a food plan and nobody ever responds to my post I just want to get back in track

Can any of you lovely people by any chance help me with a food plan so I can back on track I've come this far to Mess up. Responses will be appreciated !!! HW: 290 SW: 276 3/15/17 CW: 204 GW: 160

How much have you lost so far ? We are almost to that 6 month mark

Has anybody experienced a metallic taste accompanied with light headiness & headache ??

Fast Food !!!! In moderation of course, had the same problem, had my body confused and started dropping fast

Unhealthy Foods

I'm 5 months post op down 68 pounds down since surgery in the beginning I was killing **** but now I moved in with a Guy who is morbidly a obese and is primarily the one who cooks, I feel I have gone down the slippery slope putting the wrong foods back in my mouth Not necessarily his fault but he knows I had this surgery to change my life and he constantly is cooking bad food, it's like he is afraid of my Pending GLOW-Up luckily I haven't gained any weight but I would love for some suggestion and motivation to help me get back on track !!! Also I would love to know what you guys are eating ?

I am beyond stressed & my eating habits are beyond unacceptable I need help guys how do I keep from going down !!! Encouragement anything will help guys

I drink a lot of fluids and for the past few weeks my urine is not a lot at all even in the morning when my urine is spose to be a lot has this happened to anybody else ??
