Post nine month recipes

I'm at a stall and gained 3 pounds. I need to change up my diet. What kind of meal plans to you use. This is what I typically do:

Protein shake

Yogurt

Salad

Nuts/fruit

Chicken veggies

Treat (halo, pb, etc)

Thanks.

As you can tell, I cook the majority of my meals, although I do eat fast food and restaurant meals about twice a week.

I found that I lose better when I switch it up. I will go a few days with really low carbs and then bounce them up for a few days. I also alternate my calories up and down. I find that if I start eating the same thing everyday or keep my macros exactly the same, I stop losing and just maintain. I also will sometimes shift my biggest meal of the day (usually dinner) to lunch or breakfast to give me a change.
