Best of luck with your surgery. I had mine 2 years ago and I can tell you I felt no pain. Which was a good thing. Weight will drop off but the hard part is keeping it off. If you follow all the info given to you you should be ok. Best of luck.

I was successful for my loosing period of about 1 year. I lost 100 lbs. I was so thrilled. I fell back I to eating incorrectly and am having problems getting the 30 lbs I have since gained back. Depression is setting in. I had total knee replacement 3 months ago and was very limited in moving. Now I'm ready to get back in the pool but still can't get on the stick. I haven't been able to find a support group in SC like I had access to in DE. I'm so upset at myself for going from a size 12 to a tight 16. If someone can help me work through this bad period and get me motivated to do right again I'll always be grateful.
