  1. You of course have a goal still it's to get to the weight they want you at or to maintain where you are that sometimes can be a chasing game but the challenge is to never go back to how you were before
  2. Great how long of a timeframe was this
  3. I haven't had surgery yet I'm scheduled on the 19th... You look great keep at it brother! I started at 465, did doctor monitored weight loss to lose 30lbs in currently at 425. I hope mine goes as well as some of the great reports posted here [emoji16]
