    I ran in the pouring rain this morning for the first time. It was actually not too bad except for the rain in my eyes. I am having a slight issue with my right knee, nothing serious just a twinge so I am running with a compression sleeve and following the RICE protocol. I am praying this doesn't side line me. I will be taking an extra rest day tomorrow just to be careful.

      Yes, rest that leg! I know it's tempting to get back out there, but one day is better than several weeks if you injure yourself. You're making the right choice :)

      Ran in the rain...makes me think of movies. LOL That little twinge, I'm glad you're taking care of it correctly. I'll be praying for total healing of it hon. :)

      Thank you all. The knee feels pretty good. Just a little sore when I get up from sitting. Still hoping it is nothing but soreness.
