  5. I was told NO soda forever and wait until a year to drink thru straw. Your stomach can be stretched with theses things. I am 8 months post op and no problems at all. At my goal weight and below.   6. I take Flintstones chewable multi vitamin and liquid Calcium / magnesium. I love the taste of both. Had Bloodwork twice and all my levels are Good!!!!! No more Meds.!!! Sent from my D6708 using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. Increase water and protein and exercise. It will help break stall. Whenever I did this I notice it broke stall. I am 8 months post op and at my goal or really below my goal weight. I have lost 97 lbs. Sent from my D6708 using BariatricPal mobile app

  13. My turning point for wls was my health. My ac1 was climbing higher, my cholesterol was getting higher,my blood pressure was getting higher and I had to be put on meds for these ailments. I had knee replacement on one knee and was told I need it on other knee. I am 7 months post surgery and list 85 lbs. I am at my goal weight. Started at 220 lbs and now at 135lbs and still losing weight. I had blood work done and everything is normal. No more meds!!! My knees feel great!!! No surgery needed.   18. It gets better.yes keep walking a lot. It gets rid of gas pain and I used Gas X strips.. I did not have any nausea at all. Sugar free jello and sugar free Popsicles count as water intake as well. I am 6 months post op and loving it! Sent from my D6708 using BariatricPal mobile app

  23. Semara I am right along with you. I am 4 months post op and lost 70 lbs with 15 mire to reach my goal. My weigh loss has slowed down. I stayed the same weight over a week now. I go to gym 4-5 days a week. It has done this before and than the scale moves again. I try to up my water intake and protein. I notice that's when the scale moves.   25. I lost 65 lbs since Surgery in MARCH 2017. I don't mind the attention sometimes. And sometimes it bothers me because I had Co workers tell me I am getting too skinny. Well what is too skinny?
