    I use it everyday..but be carefull because if mixed with liquid it can clump..blend it and its a great way to get more protein. Anyone know when I can introduce small amounts of creamy peanutbutter to my diet..im now 6 week out.

    Hello everyone, IM 28 days out and have had two episodes of sever cramp/spasm in my upper stamach..I have to not move and lay down and just breath. Mine went away in about 5 min..but man it was a sharp feeling. Sounds like its common.. starting weight 230 now 28 days latter 204 : )

    I cant wai tto eat fish!! I will be 1 month on March 21st..then I hop e I can go to soft foods..Im still on pureed foods. I have lost 24 pounds soo far. I am feeling like i have more energy, but having bathroom issues.

    When is your surgery..I did go and see my Dr and he examined me and he was more concerned with me getting a hernia. But nothing was wrong ..All good.

    Hello I just tripped over my dog..I didn't fall but caught myself and now my right top side feels stinging and sharp. Could I of opened my Staples..Im 11 day post op.

    I can't wait to eat seafood my most favorite meat. Im now at 12 days out and still on full liquids. But funny how I really don't have food cravings.
