  1. Mine were fat free refried Beans, greek yogurt (I recommend oikos triple zero, no chunks), cottage cheese, Shelly's Ricotta Bake on the Eggface blog, and scrambled eggs (doesn't work for everyone). These are good Protein choices! Other than that, I had some oatmeal, cream of wheat, and cream Soups to which I added unflavored protein powder.< br>

  2. I have my 2-week post op appointment Thursday, and I've stepped on the scale a few times and kinda feel like I should've lost more. I'm supposed to be on strictly liquids, buuuuuuut I know I could've done better. I hope to hear good things on Thursday, but I know once I get back home that I'll make myself do better. Also!, I hope once I actually eat eat that I'm really restricted like most.


  3. How is everyone doing?
    I'm in the hospital still, they said 2 days.
    Ready to go back to my family.
    So far I've been able to hold down Water Soup and Jello.< br>I had my leak test this morning and everything looked great.

    Once I leave here I know it's sip sip sip all day long,
    Pain level is up and down still and still no bowel movement sorry for tmi
    But I'm scared to go, feels like my stomach will fall out.


    Everything happens for a reason...



    I haven't had a bowel movement yet either, and I've only passed gas once. I'm still sleeping the majority of the day away. Even sipping causes me discomfort
