It sounds like you are doing great. I read a horror story about a person who ate a 12 inch subway and a milk at two weeks out from her surgery, she broke her sleeve open and had to have emergency surgery. I'm going to try very hard to eat light and clean like you thanks so much.

I am so hungry on the protein shake only pre-op diet. Will I be hungry like this after surgery?

We are probably about the same size because I am 2 inches shorter than you. Are you on a preppy diet now. How old are you! Hope that's not to personal, but since we know eachothers weights...Lol

Your goal weight seems low for your height but I'm probably just saying that because I put my goal weight a bit high at 140 for myself. Lol

Hi, well...I start the pre op diet on Sunday. Liquid protein shakes, crystal light and water only for eight days. We are probably about the same size now because I am 5 inches shorter than you. I wear a 2x 18/20 now. I'll turn 49 on the day of surgery. Tomorrow I'm going to hear Trump speak at the Melbourne, Florida rally and tomorrow is my last day on food for a looooong time!
