Second - while i am pre op, in the past I've lost weight to gain it back (and more)...and man did it break my heart. I wish I caught myself at 10 lbs. For me, I do best when I make my food and don't rely on eating out or fast food stops. Get back to some basics as others recommend. Track your food, measure your food, and Celebrate your steps back to where you want to be.

I had similar issue. It was closer to the middle above my belly button. It was like a sharp stabbing pain. As long as I was sitting or laying I was fine. My dr told me it was from the internal stitches pulling with movement. He also said some people have this issue and some don't. I ended up getting a belly compression band to kind of hold everything in place and within a few days the pain was completely gone

i am 5'4 and currently 200.0 lbs (can't wait for the weigh in tomorrow) the day of surgery 11/18/16 i was 243 (my highest)....
this is the first time i post pics...pic on the left was on my b-day 3 days before my surgery, right pic was yesterday
