I'm one week out and the stomach cramps are quite painful. Started back on shakes today and the cramps are severe at times. Feel like a lot is moving around so I'm wondering if it's just gas. Anyone else have the same problem?

I am a week out and my stomach is cramping quite a bit. Started back on shakes today and it is pretty intense. Sharp shooting pain. No fever though, I really don't think it's a leak. Anybody having the same problem?
