  1. 9/7 - I got my butt kicked. She did not hold back on cardio today. I crawled to the locker room. I sat on the floor for 20 minutes. I think I died at one point lol jk. It is all worth it though. I could not even lift my phone to take an after. I noticed that I am losing inches now.

  4. Oh man!!! It has been a long, long, long time since I have posted. I do apologize. I have been posting on Instagram. But here is an update: 

    1) I finally got my panniculectomy (10/6/2018) and I am loving it. 

    2) I was approved for a revision, so that will be done in April. 

    I will post pictures.

  5. 5/2 - Busy day at work. Purchased a naked burrito with no rice. I had extra chicken, guacamole, lettuce and beans. It was the best I have ever had. Went to the gym. I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then got on the bikes for 30 minutes. All a light workout. 

    5/3 - Ate the second half of the naked burrito lol Nothing out of the ordinary happened.

    5/4 - Was a lazy day. I slept in and only went outside to walk my dog lol. I seriously ate 1/2 lb of turkey in bed lol. I still managed to walk a lot. I take my dog for walks around the block. I snacked on it all day. Thats all I ate. Thats all I wanted. I had 70 oz of water as well.

      You seriously didn't get sick of that turkey!? Lol. Bet it was some good turkey to snack on all day. Seems like it's going good for you. I'm especially happy to hear the gym part. Good job!!!

      The turkey was good. I jut was too lazy to make anything. I normally wrap the turkey up with lettuce but was too lazy to do that as well lol.

  6. 5/8 - I went shopping to purchase two pairs of pants and a bathing suit for VA Beach. Well nothing fit properly. Everything looked awkward and made me uncomfortable. The one bathing suit that fit made me look like a huge fruit cup. I just felt defeated at that point. I did get some cute sandals though. 

    So I came into work today. To be blamed for another persons behavior. Go figures:rolleyes: My GM stated that my discussion with the night manager caused the issue to escalate. That me having a discussion of roll over caused the person to behave the way they did and I was supposed to deescalate the situation. So I said to her, "So when he threatened me with physical violence, I was supposed to just take it?" She got quiet and stating that I am creating a hostile work environment. I just looked at her dumb founded. I have already sent and email to HR regarding this person previously and I sent another one detailing the conversation including the one with the GM.

      So irritated. I forgot to add in food lol.

      Had Maple Glazed Chicken, ate a small amount and stomach started making noise. I had to go to the bathroom 30 minutes later (bowel movement). Now I know not to have that any more.

      Hon sorry about your work situation. Ive dealt with that kind of mess before (worked in corporate for years) and don't miss it! I hope it pans out real soon for you.

      Maple glazed? Never heard of it, but given what it's glazed with, I can imagine it might be a little bit too sweet for the tummy. Live and learn, right?

      in due time, you'll be able to find bathing suits etc for yourself. But I want to encourage you, despite how you think you might look (or do), get something and show the world you don't care. Just have fun on your vacation!!!!!

      stomach wants to growl. I'm going to bed. 😊

  7. I am starting to lose my edges ya'll:48_weary::48_weary:. I cannot say RIP the edges. I have been slicking those babies back and wrapping them up at night. My babies hairs are laid for the gods as always. But them edges are splitting from my baby hairs like the Moses splitting the red sea. You could sail the Titanic between my baby hair and edges as this point. I will be damned if I am out here looking like Naomi Campbell. 

    Now I know people are going to say use a protective style. However, braids, weaves, twists and wigs will only pull more of my hair out. I have very fine hair with a lot on my head but my cute fro is a no go!

      Oh hon the way you describe is super funny, but it's is disheartening about your hair. I too am losing hair, a lot of it. I usually relax my curls and I haven't done for fear of losing a lot more hair than intended. Also, I'm kind of worried any new growth will come in all gray! Cause I've got quite a few strands popping up and I'm not a fan of hair dyeing anymore. 😂 lets both just hang on, we know it's temporary, which I thank God for that!!!

  8. 5/9 - It was a decent day. I cannot complain. I decided to focus on liquids. Just protein shakes and water. I felt like I needed more water than anything else. Saw the gym at the new building, it is amazing. Personal trainer and all. I will be signing up once I am back from vacation, I will be able to do a lot of workout stuff.

      • Yes it really is. I like being able to exercise. You do not realize what you miss until your required not to do it.
  9. 5/12 - Took my dog buddy (nickname: Rasta Scoobs) to the groomers. I spent most of the time talking with my bestie Bitty (Brittany). She is my hetero-life mate. She has been on this strict diet program for over a year and have lost over 100 lbs. I am soo proud of her because she achieved something that was very hard for her to do. She made correlation between her diet and my surgery that made me laugh. She, "We both have to eat low carb, high protein, smaller plate diets with exercise and the possibility of weight regain. The only difference is, you are physically forced to eat smaller." Lol. I was trying on bathing suites and sending her pictures and she is the most honest person I know. She is like your tummy is going down!! But girl that bathing suite does not suite you lol. Drank a ton of water. I am starting to feel energetic. I think I was dehydrated.

  10. I was cleaning out one of my tubs and I found a book that I used at the beginning of my journey  (2016) to track. On the first page, I found a note that I had left myself.

    I remember being that girl. I remember being so lonely and unhappy. I am so proud that I was able to check off every one of the stars. It is now time to set new goals!!!:D

  11. Holy ****!!! Excuse my language. I put my big toe to my nose lol. My mom was stretching and asked me to join, I literally was joking around. I put my big toe to my nose. I am soo hype.

  12. Started my liquid diet today and finished editing my video for my channel on youtube. I am soo excited. Shockingly, I have not felt hungry yet. I guess its the water and jello as well. I am just excited for my new life to start.

    One of my co-workers told me she was proud of me for taking care of my health. I felt nice to hear those words. Especially since I am the youngest in my department. They normally treat me like I am child but recently that has not been happening.

  13. Day two of my liquid diet. Yesterday I was very testy by the end of the day. Today is a new day and I am feeling positive. :D

  14. My doggy is now back home in his cute little splint and cone. He is soo adorable and annoyingly smart. He figured out how to push the cone back so he can bite at the splint. He also is running on 3 legs but walks on all 4 (Except in the dirt lol). 

    My stall is finally over. I moved 1 lb on the scale on Sunday. I finally moved. I have been bouncing between 203 - 205 lbs for the longest. I am finally 202 lbs. I think its over. I have been sticking to my Keto and meal prepping. I cannot believe that I look like this. I feel amazing. I look amazing and although I have a long way to go, I am soo proud of the progress that I have made. I am almost to my second goal of being under 200 lbs. I have made the decision that I want to bring in the New Year at 155 lbs. That is an average of 9 lbs over the next 5 months. I can handle that. I have already prepared my Keto weeks and the grocery lists. I just want to reach that third goal by the end of the year and I believe that I can. 

    My ex-bf has been texting me and calling me a lot. Honestly, I really do miss the fool. I just do not want his insecurities destroying my progress. I am highly conflicted. I know he is a great person and I truly love him a lot. I just do not understand why he has any insecurities. The man workouts and is built. He is very handsome and extremely intelligent. As of now, he is being supportive. Sending me work out routines to try, new recipes and even went as far as to get me a class doing Aerial Silks (Something I have showed extreme interest in). I really need to have a one on one with myself regarding our relationship.

      I do think you need to have a serious one on one with yourself. Also, have you talked to him about his behavior and insecurities? Maybe he needs to hear it and so he'll reflect on hisself and change. You don't strike me as the kind to not say anything, but maybe you didn't??? I actually broke up with my hubby as we were dating. I was ready to get out of the club, partying scenes and he wasn't. Told him he has to change for hisself and not me. So I told him to leave. Not long afterwards we're back together. lol. But he did change (slowly) and he did listen to me. Now I've got a great man, a husband who will move mountains for me, regardless of what I look like. He's secured in himself enough to not project what little he may have, if any, on me. I usually puff him up with compliments though, so that helps. Lol. So anyway, I hope it works out for the way you get blessed, whether it's with him or not. But until you know which way, enjoy taking care of YOU and your cute adorable little doggy.

  15. I went to the pool with my mom and a spin class. Omg, I got my a$$ kicked in the class. Also, I fell off of the bike and slide down the wall so dramatically lol. 

    That was my low carb meal for the day. My legs are still killing me but we will be doing this again next Saturday.

  16. Me in my Pokemon's lol. I had a killer HIIT workout on 2/9. 

    Also made a delicious Tuna Salad for Lunch. Each side is portioned lettuce and a slice of tomatoes.

  17. Idk what happened yesterday. It was just an odd day for me. I stayed home and only ate Oreos. I ate 24 of them. Just Oreos. 1,280 calories worth. Idk why I did it. I was not stressed, upset or even sad. It was like an anomaly. I can’t explain it. The crazy thing is, I am not stressing it. I meal prepped healthy for the week and do not have any desire for any more junk food. Has anyone had this happen?

  18. So where my job is located, we have live music on Thursdays  - Sundays. There are all kinds of bands that perform here at the building we work in. 

    I noticed that I now have a big booty. Lol. I do not know where the butt came from but in this video, I got caught showing it off lol
