    Stretch marks before and after

@frust8 Oh noo. I wish I was allergic to chocolate. That is my Everest. Dark Chocolate and Milk. Omg. I mean yeah, it could be worst than stretch marks. Hey, those are your tiger stripes and wear them proudly. You bought cubs into this world and had to carry them. Those are mommy marks. You get respect for those.

    Not losing weight

It is a stall. It happens to some during the first 2 months of surgery and others months after. I have had multiple stalls. My most recent lasted over 3 months. At that time, I had to learn to stop stressing the scale and just focus on getting fit. When I tell people how much I weight now, they do not believe me. They say I look 20 lbs lighter than they thought. That is because I focused those months on toning and getting fit. This journey will help us change our minds and the obsession with the scale if we let it. By changing my focus from the scale, to lifting and increasing my stamina, I was able to track my inches, weight lifting increase and eventually break the stalls.

    Pre Op

It all depends on your insurance or if you are paying out of pocket. If you are paying out of pocket, then it is up to the Surgical Center. Most do a 30 - 90 trial. Some require 6 months of supervision. If you're using your insurance, then each person's insurance is different. I had to wait 6 months of supervision before I could get a pre-approval which took about 10 days. Then I was scheduled for surgery and had to do a 2-week pre-op diet.

    Stretch marks before and after

I have stretch marks on top of stretch marks. I have dark ones to light ones. I have them all over, I am a baby zebra with my stripes. My hips and arms are light now. My stomach has a mixture of light and dark. My back is dark but that is because they are new. I do use Palmer's Cocoa Butter now.

How do I get a weight loss tracker?

I use the tickers. You can access that, by the clicking the "Create" option at the top of the screen and then click "Ticker". You will then be able to set your ticker.

*Girls only * what is up with my cycle!!!!?

Your body has gone through a major surgery. Your cycle is bound to be late. If you took a pregnancy test, prior to surgery and it came back negativity than most likely you are not pregnant. I would suggest waiting until the end of the week and then taking a home pregnancy test.

    Opinions please!

There are pros and cons to everything in this world. I was originally afraid of the surgery after seeing the cons. Then I did my own pros and con list. It was life without the surgery and lift without it. I found that life without the surgery had more cons than pros for me. Honestly, this decision is not easy. This path is not easy. It will be both a physical and emotional obstacle that will test your willpower and desire to succeed. After all the pain, anxiety, stress and so many other moments of feeling like I would fail, I would do it all over again. I have regained my confidence, my self-esteem is at an all-time high, I can do more things and I do not hide from the world. My only regret is that I did not do the surgery sooner.
