I think ur mom was proud of ur success, and wanted the best for you, as hard as it sounds take one day at a time, even though we are strangers we are here for u, to be ur extended support system. Im trying to wean my self of off coffee ( caffeine ) but it's really hard . I dont drink any pop at all but am down to onr cup of caffeine coffee a day then drink decaffeinated coffee.
