I have stalled for 5 weeks - surgery was end of October. Now I know what I must do to drop some weight! Low calories and activities apparently are not enough - Water and Proteins are essential!!!!

You look awesome!! I went from 289.6 to 233.6 and am very flabby. But I am 70 years old. Surgery was October - so 6 months out. I FEEL marvelous but need a body girdle! Lol. I am happy just still not small

You're too early out. Your body is still recovering. You will lose, and it will likely speed up a great deal. Weight loss in month 1 means nothing about the overall success of the surgery--it's an anomaly. Stick to the plan and in six months you'll know exactly what kind of weight loss you've got.

Hey! Being overweight has caused me many jobs. I'd try part time jobs, but loose them because I was just too much of a pain, to me physically and the boss emotionally, to successfully do these jobs.
