So I had been thinking about getting Bariatric surgery but was always scared. So Oct 2016 I took the first step and went to my first medically supervised meeting.My insurance required 6 supervised classes. I have kept up on my classes since. At this time I have one more class on March 2nd, 2017 and then we will be submitting my papers to my insurance. I went with the Gastric Bypass because I have GERD already so the sleeve was not for me. I hope to have a healthy life with my husband and kids after this. The bonus is I'll be smaller the big picture is I'll be healthy.
